Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your IPTV subscription. If we are unable to get the service working on your device and our support team cannot resolve the problem, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Because login details are delivered instantly and the service is a digital product, refunds are not available after 7 days or for change of mind once the service has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Email support@iptvstreamsuk.co.uk from the address used at checkout with your order number and a short description of the problem. Please allow our team the chance to troubleshoot with you first.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are not available where an account has been suspended for breaching our Terms of Service, or where problems are caused by an unsupported device, your internet provider or third-party apps outside our control.
